Had a great experience at Pera Soho! On one of the most sweltering days of the summer the staff greeted us warmly and never faltered from their warm service even when we asked to change tables to sit by the portable AC units they thoughtfully put by the beautiful bar. The bar was overflowing with a beautiful flower arrangement, super comfy chairs, lumbar pillows and little poofs for our handbags. In addition to the beautiful surroundings, the food was top notch. It was pretty warm so we ordered just the Mediterranean dip sampler and "kofte" meatballs to accompany our drinks. The servers were knowledgable in explaining anything we were unfamiliar with and the presentation was as pleasing as the flavors. I will definitely be back!

Very good drinks and service. Summer ambiance is very very pretty! Food was also good. I would recommend.

waiter was great helped me choose perfect combination for my dinner. The food was great and the let me come in at latest time

Food and atmosphere were great! Lots of fans outside so even on hot summer days you can eat on the patio and not sweat. Service was also excellent.

(Overall: B) - Overall, I found the fine dining food here to be quite mid with lots of room for improvement. The staff were kind and attentive and the venue itself was quite nice to host large groups, but the food could be better. (Octopus: A) - Their octopus is a well composed dish with a tender octopus leg and smashed potatoes that are nicely seasoned to give a forward depth of flavor and to heighten the octopus. The greens also add some vibrant color to make this dish pop. (Steak Frites: C) - It was smart to use the bread as a canvas to catch the steak drippings and not let those juices go to waste. Unfortunately, the rest of the dish is sub par as the steak was cooked to at least medium well, becoming quite dry. Further, I would've likef to see more of those regional spices tossed in the fries to differentiate from just regular fries. The plating could also be improved as the fries completely dominate the first look of this dish. (Calamari: B) - The cherry peppers add a pleasant sweet spiciness to enhance the fried squid. Aside from the sloppy presentation, I think this is a well executed dish. (Dip Sampler: D) - Aside from the carrot ginger hummus which was quite innovative from those notes of sweetness from the carrot, this dish was quite discomforting. The beer botani somehow mimics pepto bismol in both color and consistency in the form of a dip -- yet, somehow I find consumig pepto bismol more pleasant. I was a bit disappointed that the smoked eggplant was not coming through in the labne as well. -- Food: E Presentation: E Price: E Atmosphere: +1 Service: +1 Menu: E Overall: +2 B Insta/Beli: @amei_eats

Had the chance to visit this place for a baby shower brunch. There was a very long table set up for all the guests and there was ample room to go around and meet everyone. Absolutely loved the ambiance on an early Sunday afternoon and the service was top notch. The various cocktails I tried: Pear Sangria, Soho Blossom and Spicy Cucumber Cooler. All were refreshing. We had a set menu for brunch, where I tried: - crisp pita chips with trio of dips (carrot ginger hummus, smoked eggplant with garlic yogurt, beet borani dip [had nice chunks of beets]) - purslane & frisée salad - shakshuka eggs - baklava with a cappuccino I absolutely love Mediterranean food and I enjoyed trying everything. I do plan to come back again and try some other options.

We were at the Soho restaurant and totally enjoyed our Greek Salad, lamb plate and olive oil lemon cake w/vanilla ice cream. Enough of all 3 courses to share. Service was excellent by our server Safa. Ambience was pleasant and were able to have an audible conversation. We will also visit your Madison Ave location in the near future. Tom G

Pera is an amazing Mediterranean restaurant in a great SoHo location! It was easy to make a reservation and the staff was very welcoming. We were seated in a nice secluded area in the back, it felt like we had the restaurant all to ourselves! Service was very quick and they delivered our drinks and food in a timely manner. Each dish was better than the next! We started with the dip sampler which came with pita chips. Two of us shared the lamb sampler which came with grilled lamb pieces, 2 lamb chops, and a ground lamb kebab. The steak was great and the side of fries as well. Lastly, the salmon was cooked to perfection and was very flavorful. Overall Pera is a really great restaurant with quality food and service! Highly recommend for a date night or a night out with friends.

Pera Soho had a beautiful patio outside that had retractable awnings to keep the cold out. The inside was crowded with a busy happy hour so I am glad that we chose to seat out this evening. The inside is quaint and I am sure lovely if the bar area is not too busy. The service was excellent only visiting to make sure we were enjoying our meal and to see if we needed anything else. The food was enjoyable with many choices to satisfy the vegan, vegetarian or carnivores in your group. The photos are a little dark but the food was great. Stick with the savory dishes vs the chicken or the lamb and beef patties since they tended to be a little dry. Otherwise you should have a great meal.

We came here for a work event so we ordered a bunch of dishes to share. The food was a hit or miss but overall it was good! The dips were a twist of authentic dishes: carrot hummus, eggplant but heavy on the yogurt, beets, I wasn't a huge fan. I enjoyed the cucumber salad and the brussel sprouts. For my entree I got the steak frites and it was good and flavorful. For dessert we had baklava and it was the perfect ending. The outdoor section is also very nice to dine and well decorated. I didn't feel like I was in NYC!
